Refund Review Period
If you complete the course and are not satisfied with the training content, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund review. We will evaluate your request and respond within 5 business days.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if significant course content has been consumed or if the request appears fraudulent.
Non-Refundable Items
Promotional purchases, heavily discounted items, and purchases made with coupon codes may not be eligible for refunds.

Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
